A note about my availability

I need to share something with you that I didn't expect to be writing. Due to personal family circumstances and complications with my twin pregnancy, I've been advised to stop work and prioritise my health and that of my babies.

It's not how I imagined things would go - I had such clear plans for what was coming next with Sleepy Baby Happy Mama - but right now, my family needs me to step back and focus on what matters most.

I don't know yet if or when I'll be working with families again. What I do know is that I need to get through this pregnancy safely and be there for my two-year-old daughter and these two little ones on the way.

To everyone who has supported Sleepy Baby Happy Mama, and to the families I've had the privilege of supporting - thank you. Being part of your journey has meant more to me than I can put into words, and I'm so grateful to have been there during such a demanding time in your life.

If you're reading this because you're looking for support right now, I'm sorry I can't be that person for you at the moment. I hope you find the understanding and practical help you need, and I hope you know that what you're feeling - the exhaustion, the guilt, the weight of trying to do it all - is completely valid.

Take care of yourself.
